Come support institutions that improve the lives of children and youth within Cusco. Programs including orphanage for babies/toddlers (minimum stay required), a center for young boys ages 6-12yrs, a Home for girls and young woman ages 12-18yrs and also a residential facility for children with special needs. Volunteers at these programs will support English lessons with tutoring and game playing, feeding, vocational training like baking/handicrafts, and general bonding with children and youth who don’t have enough one on one attention that kids deserve. Working with very small children doesn’t require proficient Spanish, however we do recommend it for volunteering with youth. In these programs are volunteers have taught lessons, helped in the gardens, worked in the kitchens, lead soccer training lessons, played in the playground, helped to feed incapacitated children.
